Registration and login
Each participant of the event receives a unique code, thanks to which a one-time registration is possible. The full version of the platform is available after logging in on the day of the event.

Welcome to the event zone! This is the point from which the participant begins their adventure with your online event right after registration. Thanks to the possibility of placing your own graphic designs,

- live scenes(possibility of renaming, unlimited number of scenes)
- go to the EXPO ZONE
- more about the event (dedicated hyperlink, e.g. referring to your event website)
- dedicated background(1920x1080px)
- dedicated banner (1192x250px)
Scene live
Stage, lecture hall, plenary hall,or just a live stream – this is where the real part of the event takes place.
F U N C T I O N S :
- dedicated nameof the scene, lecture or description
of the panel held at that time - moderated chatfor participants and speakers (synchronized with the participant’s account)
- logos of organizers, sponsors and partners(possibility of any categorization)
- dedicated background
- unlimited number of scenes
Expo zone
The exhibitors’ zone offers a number of promotional opportunities.

- spatial view (1)* (markings on a dedicated or native 3D map)
- any arrangement of logos on the map
- possibility to go toindividual exhibitors’ stands
- the ability to replace the graphicswith another or live stream

Strefa wystawców oferuje szereg możliwości promocyjnych.

- point view(2) (2D exhibitor logos listed)
- 4 different packages for exhibitors: PLATINIUM, GOLD, SILVERandBASIC
- markings dedicated to packages(circles in the color of the package)
- sorting according to the rank of selected packages (the logos of PLATINIUM exhibitors are shown first, then GOLD, SILVER and alphabetically BASIC)
